Deleting Saved Credentials for a Specific Website

Question:
How do I delete saved credentials for a specific website?
Answer:
To remove a specific username and its corresponding password from a specific website, please perform the following steps:
  1. Navigate to the website containing the credentials
  2. Click, double click or start typing the first few characters of the username in Username field
  3. Press the down arrow on keyboard until username that you want to delete is highlighted (Please Note: Do not click on the username at this point. If you do so, it will select the username and fill in the saved password. If this happens, please try step 2 again.)
  4. Press the Delete key on the keyboard
  5. If prompted, click Yes to delete the saved credentials
The following browsers also provide access to a password manager dialog within their settings:

Google Chrome 22 and above
  1. Click Tools
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Advanced Settings
  4. Click Manage saved passwords under the Passwords and forms section (highlighted)
  5. Scroll or search list for website and/or username
  6. Hover over item on list
  7. Click the X button on the right to delete the saved credentials
Mozilla Firefox
  1. Click Firefox or Tools menu
  2. Click Options
  3. Click Security
  4. Click Saved Passwords
  5. Scroll or search list for website and/or username
  6. Click on desired credentials
  7. Click Remove
